Numi is a children's math learning game designed for kids ages 4-10. We take children's privacy extremely seriously. This policy explains how the App handles information.

🔒 Data Collection

Numi does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data.

• No account or sign-up is required
• No names, emails, or personal information are requested
• No location data is accessed
• No photos, camera, or microphone access is used
• No analytics or tracking tools are used
• No cookies or advertising identifiers are used

💾 Local Storage

The App stores game progress (completed levels, stars earned) locally on the device using standard device storage. This data:

• Never leaves the device
• Is not transmitted to any server
• Is not shared with any third party
• Can be deleted by clearing the app data or uninstalling the App

📡 Internet Access

Numi works completely offline. No internet connection is required to use the App. The App does not make network requests of any kind during normal use.

🧩 Third-Party Services

Numi does not integrate any third-party services, SDKs, or APIs that collect data. There are no ads, no in-app purchases, and no external analytics.

👶 Children's Privacy

Numi is designed for children and fully complies with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and applicable children's data protection regulations, including GDPR provisions for minors.

Since no personal data is collected, there is no risk of unauthorized data use. The App does not contain any mechanism to identify individual users.
